At Vivid.Care, our mission is to 'enhance quality of life'. In other words, we care. Vivid.Care provides a vast range of healthcare equipment to private individuals, and is also a key supplier to many councils, NHS authorities, and care institutions. We’re approved by the British Healthcare Trades Association and the Trading Standards Institute, which means that we adhere to a strict Code of Practice. This gives our customers further peace of mind and is testimony to our motto, ‘Taking Special Care of You’. Our Assessment Division has been carrying out on-site individual assessments along with therapists for over 40 years, and has a broad product range from bespoke seating and transfer items, through to beds and mattresses and ramping and access equipment. Our assessors carry out literally thousands of assessments every year, and we genuinely believe that our assessors have unrivalled knowledge and experience of creating comfort. Our Retail Division provides items to the general public through our extensive showrooms in Yorkshire. A range of beds and mattresses are on show, and our trained staff are on hand to help clients find the most suitable solution. The Project Division works with hospices, hospitals, and other care environments nationwide, designing and fitting-out care environments, overhead hoisting systems, and specialist baths.
