About Vivid Roots Collective

Vivid Roots Collective is a Highland-based theatre company, and registered charity. Through our work and research, we use our expertise in the intersection of emerging theatre-makers and Highland theatre-making to provide opportunities for artists in these fields, and to contribute to the growing culture of professionally produced theatre in the region. We aim to produce original theatre by Highland theatre-makers, create spaces for artists to learn and share skills, and provide opportunities for their professional development. We also deliver workshops for organisations, using drama to develop cohesion in teams, support improving interview skills for young people and service users, to build confidence or have fun for clients and beneficiaries, and improving drama skills for students. All of our workshop programmes are bespoke.
