It all started at the beginning of the llast century. In 1917 Leo Persoon opened a small butcher's shop in Lisse, the Netherlands. Over the years, it grew to become a large meat processing factory with 180 employees. As well as this, Persoon now has a company in Germany and a sales office in Great Britain. Persoon is a medium-sized company with shorter production lines than those of our competitors. As a result, we can correspond more rapidly and more easily to the desires of our customers. We can also produce in a very specialised and vital manner. Bacon Our bacon is produced by traditional methods to make it among the best in Europe.
