Volkswagen Group Regional After Sales Singapore (VRAS) Based in the middle of South-East-Asia, we are the regional office of Volkswagen Groups’ After Sales operations in Asia Pacific*, supporting 34 importers/NSCs in 23 countries. VRAS is largely involved in covering the After Sales aspects of both Volkswagen Group and its brands. The regional office is directly linked to the global Volkswagen Group After Sales headquarters in Germany, the legal entity that is hosting VRAS is Audi Singapore PTE LTD.. Our mission is to support our importers/NSCs and its dealers on their path to achieving After Sales excellence and to expand their business activities. From our regional warehouse we are supplying Genuine Parts of various Group brands into the region and ensuring the mobility of our customers. The warehouse is located just over the border from Singapore, in the Port of Tanjung Pelepas / PTP (Malaysia) and it is one of the biggest warehouses in Malaysia. We are accompanying our markets in their journey to adapt to new trends in the automotive industry like digitalization and connectivity, electrification of vehicles, reduction of carbon footprint and sustainability. With our motivated and dedicated team, VRAS is a reliable and flexible partner for all After Sales aspects in the region. (*APAC without China and India)
