About Volunteers for Public Service, (VPS)

In short, we are a non-profit food rescue administration that assists food banks/ministries in Riverside and San Bernardino Counties, acquire food to feed the hungry. We would love to connect with suppliers and distributors to prevent rejected food loads from going to the landfills and re-direct that viable food source to the communities in need. In todays climate, our free services are needed more than ever! Any help, connection or donation will be placed back into the community to help they thrive. Volunteers for Public Service is an independent nonprofit group which stands in support of those in our community to develop an end to hunger for all. Supporting the needs of programs that feed the hungry, through a network of sponsorship's, and engaging our community at the local level, in the fight to end hunger. VPS supports the nutritional needs and demands for the young & old alike. We aid everyone without judgement of color, creed, religious faith, race, national origin, sexual orientation/gender identification or economic status. It is our passion that no person should find themselves without food and will thereby seek out means by which to end this need. It is the wish of VPS, to see all who lack daily sustenance, obtain such with fair and ease, without prejudice.
