Voyage Education started in the minds of Bing Li and Xin Ma, two media professionals in Shenzhen, China. While raising their son, Richard, and seeing the offerings of the local education market, they couldn't help but feel there was something missing. In their professional lives, they had always been held to a standard of production. Why where they there? What were they bringing to the table? How were they creating value and realizing growth potential? With that in mind, they couldn't help but notice a startling lack of goals for the programs in the market. With recent increases in global study, especially short-term education and professional programs, companies appear daily with opportunity on their minds but a lukewarm commitment to learning. As Bing and Xin researched and researched programs for their son, the idea for Voyage was born: carefully curated programs for distinct blocs of students and an unwavering commitment to application of knowledge. Realizing they needed expert opinions and experience to realize their vision, Li and Ma hand-picked a team of education professionals and planners, and based them out of Los Angeles, California, where Voyage continues to maintain its head office. The team has decades of experience, from careers in China, South Korea, Turkey, Germany and the United Kingdom. In cooperation with its Shenzhen office and countless partners worldwide, Voyage Education continues to be an industry innovator and proudly offers its expertise to realize its clients' potential.
