Design and manufacture of vibratory material handling equipment. SPIRAL ELEVATORS- Ideal for lifting/cooling a product only using a small footprint and freeing up valuable floor space. Gentle handling characteristics make them suitable for most products/materials. VIBRATORY FEEDERS - Vibratory Conveyors and Vibratory Feeder Systems are used to withdraw or receive material and transport it uniformly for further processing. Feeders are required to handle high conveying capacities - and often over considerable distances - for logistical tasks between the production and packaging stages. VIBRATORY SCREENS- Vibratory screens are used to separate material of varying sizes. Common uses include: Sizing of particles on single or multiple deck systems. Removing fine powders in the dedusting process, washing or wet screening or even de-liquefying on a de-watering screen. Cleaning castings on foundry shake-outs or degrading sand lumps into grain size on shaker lump breakers or attrition mills. Other equipment includes : Tubular conveyors/feeders, Compaction tables , grizzly feeders. Spares include, springs and motors.
