Virtual physical exams customized by your own physician and guided by Augmented Reality (AR) can be completed with minimal experience by nurses, medical assistants, technicians, family members, or patients themselves. These encounters can occur far beyond the walls of the hospital including skilled nursing facilities, pharmacies, or in the patient’s own home during home care visits. VPExam is device agnostic. We partner with a variety of medical grade device manufactures including Bluetooth stethoscope with electrocardiograms guided Augmented reality to bring your doctor to the bedside. VPExam integrates with Apple health, Google fit and other Bio-Metric Bluetooth devices to create customizable artificial intelligence alerts that can go directly to the care team via email, text, or EMR alerts. More than simple remote patient monitoring, these alerts act as a triggers to deploy VPExam technology and services directly to the patients without the need to bring them to the office, emergency room, or hospital. We are able to minimize both geographic and financial barriers to guideline directed cardiovascular care. VPExam also resulted in over a 40% relative risk reduction in 30-day re-hospitalization and over a 56% relative risk reduction in 30-day all cause mortality for heart failure patients.
