Starting with an initial risk assessment devised in conjunction with the key insurers VPS offer a range of security solutions including guarding, inspections, remotely monitored alarms, CCTV towers, protection by occupation through VPS guardians, and property preparation services from clearing and cleaning to ongoing maintenance such as pest control, lock changes and glazing services. This combined expertise helps protect against unauthorised access and a variety of threats such as arson, theft and squatting, whilst helping to ensure the property complies with insurance requirements.
