About VRT Coaching

VRT Coaching is a leadership development and career strategy practice owned by Valentina Rambone Tedesco. Valentina is an accomplished coach and former Google employee, passionate about helping professionals become more confident, empowered leaders. She works with many Fortune 500 clients globally, who trust her structured and supportive guidance in defining a clear vision and value proposition, leaning into a bolder voice, and fostering a more authentic, connected presence. Her sessions offer a safe space for deep reflection, actionable feedback and conscious practice, empowering people to take charge of how they show up and influence outcomes. Prior to starting her coaching business, Valentina spent 12 years building a successful, cross-functional career in Tech – until a watershed moment shifted her personal sense of purpose. Moved by many stories of self-doubt and disconnect in high-performance organizations, she committed her experience navigating cultural and communication differences towards growing individual and collective impact in the workplace. Valentina completed her coach training at Georgetown University and is accredited by the International Coach Federation. Furthermore, she earned an MS in Marketing from Smurfit Business School, Ireland, and a BS in Management from Bocconi University, Italy. She is a native speaker of German and Italian, became fluent in English as a child, and later added Spanish and French to her linguistic repertoire. Outside of work, she is a proud mom and wife, devoted dog owner, and New York based globetrotter.
