Mission Statement: “To teach people everything they need to know about exercise and nutrition, so one day they can take full control of their own fitness journey.” Valeria is a fitness coach that will motivate you, teach you, and guide you towards reaching sustainable results you never thought were possible. She graduated with two degrees from the University of Florida and is certified through the National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM). She has found great success with weight loss clients; but also specializes in group training and sport specific training. Her focus is set on TEACHING and not just ordering her clients around. She shows them everything they need to know, so they will never feel the need to pay for another program or trainer again. This also means, that you will have unlimited 24/7 access to her as your trainer through text, call, facetime, videos... you name it.
