VT Capital Asset Management is M&A boutique, focused on the hospitality and residential sector, that assist a Milan based family office to invest in a limited number of “off-market” initiatives in Souther Europe, by creating value at the acquisition. We are working on rebranding of trading hotels, conversions of existing properties (adaptive reuse) and ground up developments. In addition to the direct investments we have, we assist institutional investors, real estate private equity funds and family office in sourcing off-market deals and in evaluating potential investments in the hospitality sector. During the past 12 years, we have been developing strong relationships in the industry by managing buy side mandates, deal origination, valuations, deal structuring, and project executions, by advising an international network of clients such as high-profile private equity funds and family offices on their investments in the sector in South Europe and in particular in Italy. We focus on single assets, especially off-market, portfolio of discounted, cashflow positive prime assets in the resilient luxury, upper upscale lifestyle bracket. In particular, we look at Fund-level optimised risk-adjusted returns by geographic diversification and assets sustained by different target markets (bleisure, etc.). We manage assets driven by market value appreciation and VT Capital Asset Management proven in-house asset re-branding and management expertise.
