Today we are structured as four clear divisions; - Datacentre - Which utilises the latest ITIL aligned service delivery methods, to support client IT systems both in our dedicated datacentre and on premise. We are different in that unlike many Cloud providers we have our own private underground datacentre in the City of London, which has a private dark fibre connection to the docklands. Our primary offering is IaaS (infrastructure as a service), in addition to Private/Public cloud and Application hosting and public cloud migrations. We are ahead of the cloud industry and utilize the latest metro cluster technology this enable's us to offer 100% dual datacentre Active/Active uptime guarantees. - IT Infrastructure - (VAR) Value Added Reseller - Using the latest prince methodology we deliver both large and small projects utilising our own certified consultants. We primarily focus on enterprise IT solutions, such as SAN, Blade, Virtualisation and Networking. - Internet service provider (ISP) - via our dedicated Private dark fibre MPLS network we can connect to the internet at up to 100GB or to your office, home or mobile location using 4g, ADSL, VPLS, MPLS, Ethernet connectivity. We interconnect we Colt, BT, Vodafone and many more carriers. - Service Desk solutions - Utilising our private 24/7 NOC we provide 1st, 2nd and 3rd line re-active and proactive support for clients using both our solutions and those looking for an outsourced service desk.
