Vulcan Forged is an established non-fungible token (NFT) game studio, marketplace, and dApp incubator with 10+ games, a 100,000+ community, and top 5 NFT marketplace volume. Designed as an easy-to-play and easy-to-build ecosystem, Vulcan Forged is a community-based project that promotes the development of world-class blockchain games by supporting developers through its development programs ‘incubation and crowdfunding’. Vulcan Forged is a one-stop shop for blockchain game enthusiasts where they can access popular games and a vast NFT marketplace to buy and sell digital assets in-game. The entire ecosystem is powered by its PYR settlement, staking, and utility token. The ERC20 and Matic/Polygon compatible PYR is a cross-platform currency that can be used in games that are part of the Vulcan Forged ecosystem. Vulcan Forged has grown from a small digital art NFT platform to a multi-dApp platform, game studio, launchpad, and a top 5 volume NFT marketplace. In 2021 Vulcan Forged launched its decentralized exchange called the VulcanDex. Vulcan Forged is currently building the Elysium blockchain, known as "the blockchain for Metaverses", which will become the world's first carbon-neutral blockchain in collaboration with Coorest, the Netherlands-based decentralized carbon credit exchange. Elysium will offset the CO2 emitted by the Elysium blockchain using tokenized trees. This will lead to the creation of new forests. All gas fees from transactions on the blockchain will be used to plant trees, and nearly 70,000 acres of land will be covered under this initiative. Elysium will ensure that NFT minting, transactions, staking solutions and other operations on its chain are carbon-neutral.
