About VUS Genetics
VUS Genetics is supporting drug target development and patient stratification in oncology and for rare genetic diseases. Our mission is to help bring personalised treatment approaches to patients. We do this by designing CRISPR based functional assays that address the mechanism underlying the disease biology or drug response. Using such functional assays, we help drug developers identify the patients for whom their precision medicine can reverse disease pathology, or provide more specific cancer treatments. In addition to our gene editing expertise, we also offer expertise in DDR oncology and rare genetic diseases, including lysosomal storage diseases. Collaborative culture and mechanistic insight are close to our heart, and we aim to continue innovating both on our disease understanding and gene editing approaches.
