About W.E.I.R.D. Clothing Company

I started this brand in 2016, I called it W.E.I.R.D because this word triggered rage every time I was called that. It also created self doubt on who I was as a person. I didn't want to be called weird, because I simply didn't think I was. One day, sitting at my 9 to 5, I started to think- what if I could change the way I had seen this word and how I saw myself? I started to play with the word weird and I created an acronym: Wonderful. Entertaining. Interesting. Rich. Dork. I am Wonderful, I am Entertaining, I am Interesting, I am Rich in love and spirit, and I'm definitely a Dork. At that moment, W.E.I.R.D. was born. I get asked a lot about the logo that I have chosen to represent my brand, it is my innocence being killed, being a victim of bullying. I saw the world differently before that happened. Once the brand was shown to the world, I was surprise to see how many people felt like me and how many people looked at themselves and felt weird and still hid that part of themselves from others. I didn't realize how many people were bullied, like me. So when you wear W.E.I.R.D. clothing, remember it is not only another brand you wear, but a brand that shows the world who you are. When you see the W.E.I.R.D. logo on your clothes, also know you are a part of a community that had their innocence killed and shares your story.
