W.G. Hamil, LLC is a wholesale family-owned and operated agricultural business that handles two commodities: pecans & watermelons. Our pecan company is based out of Thomasville, GA. Pecans are purchased, inspected, processed, and bagged for international shipment. W.G. Hamil also provides in-shell nuts to domestic shellers in bulk containers. W.G. Hamil Watermelon & Produce Inc. (a wholly-owned subsidiary of W.G. Hamil, LLC) is a wholesale produce company that focuses on Watermelons. Hamil has in-house farming operations and exclusive partnerships that provide them with fresh fruit throughout the watermelons season. Watermelons are available for terminal markets and chain stores from April through September. W.G. Hamil follows all GAP and GMP rules and guidelines. We also have a retail location called Southern Treats of Thomasville. Featuring an assortment of products from our signature pecans to cheese and dessert straws, Southern Treats aspires to deliver our family’s favorite treats, to yours. The Southern Treats Gift Shop is open to the public year-round in historic Thomasville, Georgia, with an expanded assortment of Treats arriving in the early Fall. We go through great lengths to ensure only the highest quality products enter our store and travel all over the Southeast to discover new and exciting flavors selected exclusively for our customers.
