W Portsmouth has worked in the electrical contracting industry for 70 years, with the constant objective of delivering high quality work within the requirements of and budget for each project – and always in line with current industry standards . We became an incorporated company in 1958 and have been enrolled with the NICEIC – the UK’s leading regulatory body for the electrical contracting industry and have been members of the JIB and ECA – since 1959. By 1968 our business had grown to include a London office, allowing us to provide services throughout the South East, Central London and Home Counties. We now cover the entire nation with current works ranging from Bolton to Bournemouth. We have many longstanding clients who trust in our reliability and high standards of workmanship. We have vast experience in Healthcare, Defence, College and University installations having worked within these sectors for over 40 years. We have the capacity and capability of carrying out projects of varying size and scale, having worked on projects with a single value of £25M and pride ourselves on upholding the industry’s highest standards at all times.
