Our in-house designed steel bending, steel forming machines, which enabled us to pioneer the bending of structural sections, and produce smooth accurate bends whilst maintaining the section geometry, essential for architectural steelwork involving curved sections, bar or tube. WA Bending offers a new level of customization to the bending and rolling industry in WA. Our vision and goal is to provide high level of customizable service through our experience and skillset, and an ever growing selection of tooling made in-house. We have the capacity to bend from 1/4in up to 100nb heavy wall pipe with our two mandrel bending machines. We are able to design, machine and deliver tooling needed to produce a quality bend of any radius needed for your project. We are your mandrel bending specialists. Bending can be completed from drawings, samples and templates. ith our Sahinler NC machine and Roundo R5 almost any profile can be achieved. With the right tooling this machine can achieve any long radius curve you may need providing the material allows for curving. We can section roll mild steel, stainless steel and aluminium profiles for a range of industries. Our section rolling can include but is not limited to handrailing, flanges, gates and other complex curved shapes. Rolling can be completed from drawings, samples and templates. Flat bar, on edge 120 x 25 or flat, up to 250 x 30mm, depending on radius RHS, on flat and edge, 125 x 25mm SHS, up to 100 x 100 x 6mm, Angle, toe in or out, up to 100 x 100 x 12mm PFC, 200 x 75mm Toe in/Toe out
