About Wachalski Advisory

Wachalski Advisory is a real estate consulting practice providing a wide range of capital planning and project implementation services, primarily, to not-for-profits across the United States. Our philosophy is centered around providing a highly customized advice to our clients based on our industry experience and efficient utilization of appropriate analytical tools. We are problem solvers. We identify the capital project challenges in the context of our clients’ long-term objectives and devise strategies to provide solutions in a time- and cost-efficient manner. Wachalski Advisory is led by Greg Wachalski, AIA. Greg brings 20 years of strategic advisory experience in planning and development of real estate assets for not-for-profits, primarily in the higher education market (approximately 250 clients). Greg is a recognized expert in building types including student housing, faculty / staff housing, retail, recreation, student unions and other components of campus infrastructure. Greg has shared his expertise at various national conferences including Association of College and University Housing Officers (ACUHO-I), Society of College and University Planners (SCUO), National Association of College Auxiliary Services (NACAS), and International Economic Development Council(IEDC).
