ABOUT ME: The infamous question, “Tell me how you fell into baking?” My story starts the same as other bakers, I was raised in the kitchen. I can recall my fondest memories as a child, being in the kitchen with my Granny. My Granny baked a lot of goodies but her yellow cake with chocolate frosting was always the star. At first it was just curiosity, me wanting to know what she was doing, then it moved to seeking reward (wanting to lick the spoon with left over batter on it), then that curiosity flourished into fulfillment with the overwhelming emotions that came from others, watching the joy that came over them from sitting around the table with none other but that yellow cake with chocolate frosting. I have always found my way in the kitchen. I am living my dream and passion every day.
