Waffle+Co | Elevating the Waffle Experience At Waffle+Co, we set out to redefine perceptions of the humble waffle. Our journey began in July 2018 with Women Who Waffle - a series of events designed to bring local women together over great food, wine, and meaningful conversations. These gatherings quickly gained traction, leading us to collaborate with local businesses and expand our reach. In June 2019, we took our vision on the road with the purchase of our beautifully restored vintage horsebox, transforming it into a fully equipped waffle kitchen. From there, the waffle revolution was born; delivering gourmet sweet and savoury waffle creations to festivals, markets, and private events across the region. By 2021, growing demand led us to expand with a stylish new catering van, allowing us to serve at corporate events, film sets, pop-ups, and more. Today, Waffle+Co is known for its signature menu, featuring mouthwatering options like Southern Fried Buttermilk Chicken with whipped chive butter and maple syrup - served atop our fresh, homemade waffles. We take pride in crafting unforgettable food experiences and bringing people together, one waffle at a time.
