However, we felt that the strength of the team lay in taking these issues and then presenting simple, straightforward, and practical solutions to our clients. We collectively wanted to create a brand and ideology which would express who we are and what we do – hence: ‘making the complex simple’. While the name has changed, we are still the same people and our company values remain unchanged. We continue to provide commercial and private clients with pragmatic and cost-effective legal solutions.
