Mr. Waldron is President and Principal Appraiser of Waldron & Associates, Inc. He holds a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration with a concentration in Finance and an emphasis in Securities and Investments from California State University at Fullerton. Mr. Waldron has been admitted to the Appraisal Institute as an MAI Member. He practices as a field appraiser and real property consultant throughout the Western United States, primarily within California. Appraisal and consulting assignments cover all types of real property interests conducted for varying purposes for both private and public clientele, including fractional interests, numerous special use properties, right-of-way assignments with consideration due partial and full takings, and feasibility studies. In addition to appraisal, real estate evaluations and consulting also comprise a bulk of pre-litigation preparation for various public agencies and attorneys. The majority of Mr. Waldron's assignments involve complex litigation issues. He has provided expert testimony in the Superior Courts of Contra Costa, Kern, Los Angeles, Monterey, Orange, Riverside, San Bernardino, San Diego, San Francisco and Ventura counties, as well as Federal Bankruptcy Court and various arbitration and mediation panels as expert and arbitrator. His application of valuation methodologies and valuation opinions have been tried, held and affirmed in Superior Courts, Appellate Courts and the California Supreme Court.
