About Walking Story
Walking Story is an ongoing collaboration between partners Dominique and Samuel Chen. Our interdisciplinary approach allows us the fluidity to explore, share, generate knowledge and celebrate the intersections between art, creativity, the environment, Country and community….all the things that we love and value. Regardless of the means and outcomes, our ‘walking’ story is always about process—about ways of doing that respects and responds to place, people and perspectives. It is always moving, connecting and reciprocating. It is both personal and shared. Dom and Sam joined their stories in 2010, in the centre of Australia. Together they have an ever evolving store of lived experience, research and education, and project-based making, teaching, facilitating and bigger picture thinking.
