The Wallowa County Health Care District was formed in 1992, and is the governing body of Wallowa Memorial Hospital and Medical Clinics and Wallowa Valley Senior Living, a residential care facility offering assisted living and memory care. With an elected five member board, the District meets monthly with hospital administration and the management team of WVSL. The medical campus in Enterprise includes Wallowa Memorial Hospital; Parkway Health & Wellness Center, housing Wallowa Memorial Medical Clinic, the Physical Therapy/Occupational Therapy Clinic, Winding Waters Clinic; and Wallowa Valley Senior Living. In Joseph, a satellite clinic of Wallowa Memorial Medical Clinic serves the residents and visitors of Joseph and Wallowa Lake. Two additional Primary Care Clinic locations are in Wallowa and Downtown Enterprise.
