Walters Controls, Inc. (WCI) was founded in 1995 as a controls contractor/integrator of HVAC controls components. The main office is located at 4916 Oak Circle Dr., Mobile AL. 36609. A second office is located at 301-1 Murray Rd., Dothan, AL. The Mobile office is fully staffed with office management, secretarial, sales, and mechanical/ software designers, programmers, CAD operators and project manager/control specialists. WCI also builds custom HVAC panels at both its Dothan and Mobile offices. Service for its installed base is also a feature of the company. WCI is dedicated to being customer friendly and easy to work with. A WCI employee answers the phone for each and every phone call we receive during business hours. No automated phone services are utilized. WCI also provides mechanical and controls design work direct to owners, contractors and professional engineers throughout the southeast. Walters Controls, Inc. is the leading controls company in southern Mississippi, South Alabama, and the Florida Panhandle and welcomes partnering with contractors at their invitation for design build and renovation projects. WCI participates in both small and large projects for total comfort, energy conservation, and LEED compliance. We are a Honeywell Elite Authorized Controls Integrator (ACI) and an Authorized Controls Contractor for TAC/Schneider DDC control components and have employees trained on both systems. WCI has employees strategically located throughout our trade area of Southern Mississippi and South Alabama. All control specialists have company-supplied, reliable transportation. Walters Controls, Inc. holds specialty General Contractors Licenses for many gulf coast states. We are covered by Liability and Workmen's Compensation insurance as required by each states laws and the requirements of AIA contracts. We are an EOE employer with smoke free premises and require drug testing of our employees.
