Our approach is simple – you hire us as your Fractional General Counsel based on the estimated number of monthly hours you need per our subscription tiers, and Wanless steps into your business as your dedicated, go-to legal support, creating predictable legal costs. If there is a special project or need you have that Wanless cannot handle directly, we will work with you to build a budget based on our experience, resource external counsel or other vendors through our professional network of providers, and manage those resources for you – just like your own General Counsel! Not all organizations need or want soup-to-nuts General Counsel support and that’s ok. That’s why Wanless also offers a la carte legal services for select projects or limited engagements. Wanless will work with you to build a budget around your needs or project(s).
