About War Games LV

We are War Games, a Las Vegas based tabletop game design company. Our debut strategy game Proliferation: The Game of Nuclear Strategy is finally here! We are War Games, a Las Vegas tabletop game design and publishing company founded in 2021 by a close-knit group of college friends. Our debut game, Proliferation: The Game of Nuclear Strategy, started out as a passion project written on index cards in early 2020 when the unexpected happened: a global virus shut down almost every city around the world. Between school shutdowns and employment instability, we found ourselves with a lot of extra time on our hands. After a year of play testing with our close friends during lockdowns, Proliferation became our favorite strategy game, pushing the balance between diplomacy and nuclear warfare. When we realized that others loved playing Proliferation as much as we did, we took a leap of faith and decided to turn our handmade, wine-stained prototype into a reality. We launched a Kickstarter campaign in May 2021, eventually meeting our goal of raising $50,000. Since then our team has grown, and we have been hard at work finalizing the game mechanics and card designs, striving to make Proliferation one of the most entertaining tabletop games ever created.
