Kinesiology is a healing modality that primarily uses muscle testing (bio-feedback) to uncover old limiting patterns of beliefs, fears, pain, dis-ease and attitudes within a persons subconscious. It's basically like the Kinesiologist "talks to a clients body-mind computer system" to access information and create a pattern of understanding as to why a person is "stuck." These patterns of response are created by us to assist us to cope with challenging situations and events in life. After the situation has passed, these patterns remain in our psyche and distort how we perceive our life and connect to our higher self or life "flow." Lisa has a gentle and loving way of helping clients get clear on their goals, desires and intentions. Once these have been identified, Lisa uses a combination of vibrational healing techniques and energy clearing. These may include chakra balancing, sound healing, acupressure, sage, energy/field clearing, flower essences, crystals and more. Once old stagnation and patterns are identified and cleared from a persons body and energy field, a natural equilibrium and healing state is activated in the body. As we get in "flow" or "alignment" to our goals and intentions, we start to attract intuitions abut the next steps and energetically "match" what we are wanting to create in our lives. Like attracts like in the Universe and energy attracts energy. Clients often notice an immediate sense of lightness and clarity at the conclusion of a kinesiology balance. Over the coming days and weeks amazing changes, perceptions and situations are created in a clients life.
