Warba's operations cover the whole of State of Kuwait and deal with both the public and private sectors. General Manager and major share holder is Pharmacist Hamad Alhajiri, a Kuwaiti national with pharmacy degree from USA. The company is a subsidiary of AL RAZZI HOLDING COMPANY www.alrazzi.com which is a giant investor in the health sector in Kuwait and GCC countries. Warba has a paid up capital of 1million Kuwaiti Dinar (USD 3.5 M), new and modern offices and it also has a clearly defined divisional structure. This structure consists of a general manager office followed by three operating divisions, Pharma, Medical & Scientific and Agri-Vet managers.
