In 2012 I formed a new company called Warm and Dry, LTD. A business dedicated to basement repair, waterproofing, and insulating. I really saw a need for this after seeing some of the sub-quality work that is being done, and by doing repairs on top of repairs that other companies have already done. I also own Tri State Concrete Services, Inc., one of the oldest and most trusted names in residential concrete construction in Northwest Ohio and Southern Michigan. Tri State specializes in poured walls and waterproofing for new home and commercial construction, and I also specialize in commercial and residential concrete repair work for existing buildings. I thrive on doing specialty work that requires patience and thought, and we are the company that people go to when no one else will take the job or cannot handle the job. I love to take on a challenge, and love to see a happy customer when a job is finished. My mission is to provide top quality basement and crawlspace repairs at reasonable rates, and to do the job right- THE FIRST TIME AND EVERY TIME.
