The Wasdell Group provides the pharmaceutical and nutraceutical industries with solutions to a range of outsourcing requirements. Wasdell are a privately one company, established in 1971, with multiple sites in the UK and Ireland, employing over 700 people. Wasdell are currently split into four divisions: • Wasdell Packaging • Wasdell Technical Division • Wasdell Manufacturing • Wasdell Storage & Distribution Our packaging division has capabilities across all site, increasing our customer products speed to market and offers customers bespoke business continuity solutions. With a combined total of 25 production lines, Wasdell are well placed to solve a range of packaging requirements. Services include blister packing, container/vial filling, sachet filling as well as a variety of secondary packaging and labelling solutions. With Wasdell Technical the group benefits significantly from the design and manufacture of blister tooling and technical support. This capability is unique to our Group and provides our customers with great advantages in terms of cost, innovation and speed of service. Our manufacturing division includes a 26,000 sq ft facility which is MHRA approved for the manufacture of non-sterile oral liquids in dedicated grade C and D clean rooms. We can support manufacture and packaging for clinical trials and can take products from formulation to commercial supply. Our integrated storage, fulfilment and distribution facilities have the capacity to store over 10,000 pallets and our services can be tailored to meet customer specific requirements. We offer ambient, controlled ambient, cold chain and controlled drug storage conditions. Online inventory, ordering and real-time reporting is accessible 24/7 from anywhere in the world.
