Washington & West, LLC, is a full-service denial and appeals management company that focuses exclusively on recovering fees for hospital and health care systems that are wrongfully underpaid or denied by Medicare, Medicaid, or other insurance providers. We believe hospitals should be compensated for 100 percent of the services they provide, and we consider ourselves our clients’ number-one advocate, with the singular goal of holding insurance carriers to their contractual obligations. Recognizing a need for a more systematic approach to denials and appeals, Washington & West worked with leading technologists to develop a robust software, Quantum Appeals© (QA), that improves tracking and reporting methodologies, facilitates collaboration among experts, and ultimately enables hospitals to increase profitability by lowering their denial rates and overturning more claims. Today, Washington & West uses Quantum Appeals to manage denials and appeals for many of the nation’s leading hospitals and health care systems.
