About Waste-X

The origins of Waste-X are rooted in many years of experience in the valet trash and mid-rise waste removal industry. Our ownership team has on its resumé countless hours developing and optimizing vendor-client relationship systems, safety programs, and team-development practices through trial and error that have created an incredible reputation within the industry. We’ve pioneered programs that have revolutionized the way waste is removed from the modern mid-rise design, removing the stress and hassle from maintenance teams across the metroplex, improving their response times to maintenance requests and boosting their overall morale. In addition, we developed an incredible team of men and women who took their job as valet technicians seriously, and enjoyed being apart of a company culture that compensated them fairly, communicated effectively, and treated them with respect. This helped us continue attracting the best and the brightest in an unlikely industry. Though proud of our accomplishments in developing these systems, we look forward to using our unique knowledge of the industry in order to take them to even greater levels of success and efficiency through innovation. Our goal at Waste-X is to continue this same trajectory and tradition with new, more lofty goals and vision for what’s possible in our industry. We plan to implement technology into the world of waste removal in ways that can’t be dreamed of without real-world, on-the-ground experience over years of time, effort, and hard work.
