About Watch Hill Bank
Watch Hill Bank was formerly Mt. Washington Savings Bank, created in 1886 by people in the community who joined together to pool their resources and create a financial institution that would serve their needs. The bank operated continuously as a mutually-owned bank for over 125 years providing local residents and businesses the financial services they needed to succeed and grow. In January 2015, the bank was reorganized for stock ownership to better position it for growth. In mid-2015, the bank became Watch Hill Bank, a modern financial institution with the latest technology and banking conveniences, yet still dedicated to delivering the personal service only a community bank can provide. Later this year, we are expanding by opening a second branch and Lending Center in Columbia-Tusculum, to bring banking convenience and personal service to a new area of Cincinnati.
