Watchmen of the Outpouring, Inc. is a faith-based nonprofit organization committed to transforming lives through prophetic prayer, intercessory training, bold evangelism, and compassionate outreach. Founded by U.S. Navy veteran, author, and spiritual leader Vonda Hopkins, our mission is to raise up watchmen and intercessors who will stand in the gap for families, communities, and nations. We serve spiritually hungry individuals, underserved communities, and the homeless by combining prayer with practical support. Through our prayer initiatives, street outreach, and the soon-to-launch Shamar School of Intercession & Evangelism, we train believers to walk in spiritual authority and live out their God-given purpose. With a global vision, we are building international prayer networks, hosting virtual and in-person trainings, and launching missions-based outreach teams to carry the message of the Gospel across borders. Whether on the streets or in the Spirit, we believe in equipping people to release Heaven on Earth and respond to the outpouring of the Holy Spirit in their region. At Watchmen of the Outpouring, we are not just creating a ministry — we are leading a movement. A movement of faith, action, and Kingdom transformation.
