About Water & Earth Sciences
Water & Earth Sciences is staffed by professional geologists with a combined 70 years experience in the State of Florida. We provide consulting services to clients responding to regulatory issues related to ground and surface water use, industrial operations and compliance with monitoring of water flow, quantity and quality. We address these issues on our client's behalf in the most technically sound, cost-effective manner possible. In doing so, we apply state of the art equipment and methodology. Based on our experience, we are able to tailor efficient project plans that result in timely solutions to environmental issues. In addition to surface water and ground water related issues, Water & Earth Sciences has extensive experience with the installation and maintenance of precision agricultural monitoring equipment. We maintain a network of several hundred soil moisture/weather monitoring stations that allow growers across the State to minimize water use and maximize crop production. These data stations provide real-time data on crop water requirements and environmental conditions via the internet. A large number of the data loggers we have in service are also used for surface water and ground water compliance monitoring. The data collection and remote reporting provide a very cost effective option that eliminates the need for high frequency field visits to manually record and report level and flow conditions to regulatory agencies.
