Water Siphon creates drier land conditions for farmers and growers, enabling improved soil and plant health, increased pasture utilisation and crop yields, longer growing seasons and increased profitability. We also work with councils to transform vulnerable, waterlogged land into productive assets. Literally a force for nature, our Water Siphon system uses gravity to create a vacuum in a pipe that efficiently drains large volumes of water from higher to lower locations, up and over obstacles of up to 8 metres high. It sucks water from deep within the water table, making land much more absorbent during rainy seasons, cyclones and flood events. This is drainage without power-hungry pumps, extensive trench digging or floodgates that silt up. The system runs off-grid and is low maintenance, cost-effective and eco-friendly. Our pilot case study at an award-winning dairy farm has shown Water Siphon to increase pasture harvest by 30% over 20 months with an annual ROI of over 100%. The technology is truly game-changing!
