Our Company Waters' Equipment Co., Inc. opened for business in Maryville, Tennessee, on April 1, 1973. In our four decades of service, we have developed customers throughout the Southeast with our many capabilities in the equipment repair business. Our customers include state and local governments, road construction businesses, quarries, rental fleets, trucking, logging, and housing development businesses in Tennessee and several surrounding states. With a fleet of field service trucks and experienced technicians and two convenient locations, we have minimized our customer's down time with extremely quick response times and rapid, but correctly performed repairs. To maximize that effect, our professional parts department has a network of connections and sources to insure that the right part arrives at the right time and at the right location when needed. They also have a wide variety of options to make sure that the repairs are as cost effective to the customer as possible while offering OEM, aftermarket, and used options when applicable. Our experienced Service and Parts Managers know when and where to apply those options to make sure the repair is correct and lasting. Our Founder and Staff Bob Waters, our founder, lived by our motto, Excellence in Service, and did his best to instill that goal in every member of our staff. We carry on that tradition to this day. Our technicians are trained to work on all types of equipment, in contrast to dealers who work only on the equipment that they sell.
