About Waters of Rest
At Waters of Rest, we believe that true rest and rejuvenation can be found through intentional connection with God through His Word in the midst of His creation. Our Christ-centered canoe trips to the Boundary Waters provide a unique opportunity to disconnect from the distractions of modern life and intentionally seek God's presence. These guided trips combine Bible study with teamwork, rest, and time away from technology to promote spiritual, relational, physical, and emotional growth. Through wilderness experiences, problem-solving, and discussion, we teach skills for resting in Christ and living abundantly in His rest, even in the midst of busy lives. Founded by Cathleen Gosselin in 2021, Waters of Rest is an overflow of the work God has done in her life, bringing growth, hope, healing, and new life through Jesus. Come join us on a journey of rest, growth, and renewal in God's beautiful creation.
