Hilton Smith and his wife Shirley Turnbow started Waterways Cruises in April of 1994 as a hobby, offering yacht entertainment charters. Within a year, the hobby turned into a full-time private cruise venture. Since its founding, Waterways has successfully expanded its operations to four luxury yachts, becoming Seattle’s premier dining cruise and event company, accommodating upwards of 60,000 guests per year for weddings, corporate events, special celebrations and unique public dining cruises.
