With a growing specialist Customer Care Team providing metering and billing services and full front-line customer support - including for servicing and repairs, Watkins Energy is becoming the face of heat supply services for consumers on many new Developments in and around London. With a customer service approach underpinned by pre-empting our customers’ needs and establishing a relationship built on confidence and trust we hope to become the heat provider of choice. A Registered Participant of the Heat Trust and members of the Association for Decentralised Energy (the ADE), we are committed to actively supporting the work of Government to develop regulation for the heat market to ensure continued investment and sustainable growth of heat networks and robust consumer protection.
