Watson Mills & Design is a full-service architectural millwork company specializing in the design, fabrication, and installation of custom woodworking for monumental estates throughout the US. Our business model is centered on highly complicated projects that range from uber-modern to traditional and everything in between – and always with an exceedingly high level of expectation. Our work includes stairs, wall & ceiling paneling, ceiling trusses, and beams, built-in cabinetry, closets, wine rooms, doors, crown moulding, door & window casing, unique furniture pieces, exterior components, and the list goes on… We offer the following project-related services: • Design solutions for woodworking items • Up-front assistance with details, bidding, and value-engineering • Computer-generated shop drawings for review and approval • Finish samples and full or partial-scale mockups • Project management • Project installation In business since 1978, we are located in Lafayette, Colorado – nicely situated between Denver and Boulder. Our 30,000+ sf plant is equipped with the most updated, state-of-the-art equipment and machinery. We have our own in-house veneer and finishing departments and installation crews allowing us to maintain control over the smallest details in the project process. We also often take on third-party products associated with our work to make projects run as seamlessly as possible; these might include things like door & cabinet hardware, appliances, glass or composite resin products, metalwork, fabric/leather, etc. What we are best at is making things run as smoothly as possible resulting in happy customers all around.
