Watts & Hughes Construction is a privately owned Construction Services Company which commenced operations in 1984. The company operates throughout New Zealand with offices in Auckland, Hamilton, Mt Maunganui, Wellington and Christchurch. Since 1984 Watts & Hughes Construction has completed more than 800 building projects, approximately 1/3 of which have been carried out as Design & Build type contracts. Completed projects include residential, commercial, industrial and institutional works ranging in size from less than $1M to more than $100M. Our clients include developers, investment firms and local authorities as well as local and national government departments. Watts & Hughes employs a large team of skilled and experienced Project Managers, Site Managers, Estimators, Quantity Surveyors and other building professionals. This group is supported by a financial controller, administration and secretarial staff and a fully computerised accounting package along with sophisticated Project Programming, Document Tracking Systems & Quality Assurance Systems. Watts & Hughes Construction is able to provide the full range of Construction Services and Management and has a wealth of experience in all fields of construction including industrial, commercial, retail, residential, educational, government projects, medical/health care, marinas, infrastructure, refurbishments, seismic works and sub-divisions.
