Gilad Hayeem founded Waverly Group in 2012, inspired by his early experience in the London financial sector where he witnessed the inception and rapid growth of the derivatives and alternative investment industries. His passion for disruptive innovation is the driving force behind our mission and approach. After co-founding Marble Bar Asset Management (MBAM) with Hilton Nathanson in 2002 and driving its growth and development throughout the decade, Gilad established Waverly in New York initially as a passive investment platform. It quickly evolved into a dynamic launchpad for new ventures in the real estate, biosciences and hedge fund finance sectors, leveraging the expertise of Gilad, the Waverly team and its collaborators to foster innovation and drive growth. Located in London since 2021, the Waverly model continues to evolve, with current ventures in a range of sectors including sustainable manufacturing technology, F&B and fintech, alongside ongoing investments in real estate and hedge fund financing. The Waverly team and our partners have been in each other’s orbits for over two decades, with Gilad’s enduring relationship with Marble Bar remaining a cornerstone of his career.
