About Wawi books

Dar Wawi is a publishing house dedicated for young kids Arabic Education and Entertainment. It is the brain-child of a group of young new parents. Wawi originated when we realized how much our toddler is attracted to foreign sound books, and their impact on his linguistic development. This is where our small educational project for our son became a mission to preserve the rich Arabic language. Nowadays, international languages are becoming the norm while Arabic is being abandoned, even in our region. For Arabic speakers, and those who are curious about one of the oldest and richest culture and language, Wawi provides Arabic interactive books for toddlers and children education. We promise to deliver the best mix between fun, safety and learning, so we can preserve this amazing heritage. Through visuals and sounds, our books will be an efficient and important way for the development, creativity, self-independence and awareness of toddlers.
