Waypoint Sign Company provides custom signage solutions across all 50 states for clients in the real estate development and management community. Our design/build approach ensures that projects are delivered on-time and in-budget while supporting a property's story and brand. Waypoint has four key areas of work: architectural/wayfinding signage including code and ADA signage; property ID/exterior signage including electrial signage; environmental graphics including leasing and sales office displays, wall graphics, garage graphics (and more); and marketing signage including large scale building-mounted vinyl/banners, custom marketing concepts, a-boards, and complete construction site hoarding. Our clients include developers, property managers, architects, general contractors, large scale commercial tenants, civic users and owner's reps. Waypoint works with clients engaged in new developments as well as existing properties undergoing a repositioning or in need of any kind of signage. Clients generally fall into one of the following categories: multi-family, mixed-use, commercial office shell + core, commercial office tenant improvements, hospitality and resorts, master planned communities and civic developments including schools, city halls, and municipal buildings.
