Whether it is first responders coordinating during a natural disaster, firefighters extinguishing forest fires in remote areas, the defence forces operating in austere conditions or underground mining operations, there is a need for a reliable and efficient way to share critical information when things get tough due to infrastructure failure, rough terrain or jamming. We offer a communication platform to quickly deploy reliable mesh networks with a wide range of communication equipment such as digital radios, satellite, or even Bluetooth and LoRa networks. Furthermore, it does not require central management and can function off-the-grid. With our efficient data exchange protocol, we ensure that those links are working under extreme conditions such as with limited bandwidth or poor signal quality due to difficult terrain. We efficiently resynchronise data that has been lost in transmission or when nodes reconnect after being offline.
