We specialize in constructing, developing and marketing multi-family and single-family residential communities, as well as the associated commercial properties within. WBP&C was founded in 1999 in Greensboro, NC by Brian Smith. In the first few years, the company was based on purchasing properties, renovating them and converting them for use in the Triad NC rental market. Due to Brian's early job experiences in the multi-family and production built construction industry it was natural for WBP&C to evolve into a company specializing in the creation, construction, and development of community and planned unit developments. In 2002 WBP&C relocated from the Guilford County, NC area to Brunswick County, NC. WB Properties & Construction has since worked on a variety of property types ranging from apartment construction to light commercial construction. To date we have constructed a variety of community types ranging from affordable rental housing to market rate for-sale PUD to student housing. Each community is unique in its features and purpose. WBP&C has a history of working with clients to consistently deliver the finished development on time, within budget without losing sight of the attention to detail.
